Thanks for the attached. Some very high scores there which is good
and there is some correlation between the two scores. What you need to
do generally with this kind of scoring is to work out in your PDP how
you are going to continue to develop even further the high level of
skill, which might require you being a bit more creative than if these
scores were a bit lower, but you may want to focus more on those lower
scoring skills. Where there is a marked difference between you and the
second person, you may want to discuss with them the discrepancy, and
feed that in to your PDP.
Also, when this goes in to your portfolio you need to indicate who the second person what and their relationship to you.
